Order Intake & Requirements Review
Once clients send in sample photos or design files, our team reviews the order, prepares a technical drawing, and begins sourcing fabrics and materials that best match the original design or client specifications.
Layout & Design Approval
We convert clients’ designs into a detailed technical layout, including structure, fabric usage, and embellishment placements, by the most modern software - CLO 3D. This layout is then sent to clients for review and approval before we begin the sample production.
Cost Estimation & Sample Production
After the layout is approved, we provide a materials cost breakdown and begin making the prototype dress with either our in-house team or a trusted partner factory to ensure feasibility for mass production.
Production & Quality Monitoring
The order goes into full production with close daily monitoring through internal reports and updates to clients when needed. Any client feedback during this stage is addressed quickly to stay true to the original design.
Final QC & Delivery
Each completed gown is carefully inspected by our quality control team before being packed and shipped. We ensure that every piece matches the approved sample and meets our production standards.
