What shipping terms do you offer, and how do you handle export documentation?

We ship on CIF or FOB terms, depending on your preference. Most of our clients choose FOB — it gives you control over your own freight forwarder and often results in better shipping rates when consolidated with your other orders. Our internal logistics team handles all export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, and any destination-specific compliance paperwork.

Are there tariff advantages to manufacturing in Vietnam?

Yes, and this is increasingly relevant for US-based brands. Vietnam is in a structurally favorable tariff position relative to China for US-bound shipments. We have studied the current environment carefully. If sourcing diversification is on your agenda, you will find Vietnam a credible and well-positioned option — not just on tariffs, but on quality, lead time, and IP protection.

Do you sign NDAs? How is our IP protected?

NDA is standard on every partnership — no exceptions. We work inbound only, meaning we do not proactively offer your designs to other clients or use them as references without your permission. Production lines are assigned by brand character: your order runs on a dedicated line, separate from other brand partners. What we make for you stays yours.

What if our own atelier is already at capacity?

Accepted Answer

This is one of the most common conversations we have. When your in-house production is full — seasonally or structurally — your designs continue without interruption, made in Vietnam to your specification, with the same construction standard your brand is built on. Nothing changes about how you work or how your product reaches the market. You simply don't have to turn orders away.

How is pricing structured, and how do I get started?

Our making fees are competitive and reflect the quality tier we operate at — the same tier Japan's top bridal groups have built their production relationships around. Pricing depends on your specific brief, so we do not publish standard rates. Submit an enquiry via our contact form with your brand name, country, and a brief description of what you're working on. What quality control standard do you apply?

Our QC benchmark is set by our Japanese bridal group partners — five of Japan's top ten. The standard they require is what we apply to every order, regardless of brand size or volume. Every piece ships floor-ready and signed off by our QC team against the Japan benchmark before leaving our facility.

What does pre-shipment QC look like in practice?

Every completed garment is inspected against the approved sample, then passed through pin X-ray metal detection screening — checking for any broken needles or metal fragments embedded in the construction. This is a non-negotiable step on every order. We then issue a QC report with close-up, unretouched photographs: actual lighting, actual colour, no post-production correction. What you see in the report is exactly what ships.

What do you need from me to start a sample?

For OEM, submit your 2D pattern files and design specifications. If only a physical reference sample is available, we reverse-pattern it into a 2D working pattern before proceeding. For ODM, provide ideas, mood references, or inspiration images — our design team develops sketches or AI-generated visuals for your review. Once direction is confirmed, we draft a Work Order List covering checkpoints, technical specifications, and material details.

What does the sample process look like?

The sample process runs in three stages. First, fabric selection and layering is prepared based on the reference materials and specifications you provide, then shared for your direct review and sign-off. A toile is available upon request to validate silhouette, drape, and fit before you commit to final fabric. The Work Order List is finalised and signed off at this stage. Second, sample construction begins against the approved Work Order List — built to full production standard with correct boning, seam finish, and embellishment placement. Third, a detailed QC report with close-up, unretouched photographs is issued for your remote review and sign-off before the sample is dispatched.

Can you handle structured constructions and detachable designs?

Yes. We are experienced in structured bridal constructions — boned bodices, multi-layer underlinings, crinoline skirts, and compression panels — built to hold silhouette through a full wear. We also produce detachable constructions: overskirts, sleeves, and bodice layers engineered as separate components for multi-look retail. If you have a specific construction requirement, raise it early in the sample conversation and we will confirm feasibility before committing.

We work with brands across multiple regions — including Europe, the Middle East, Korea, and the United States. Our core production partners are five of Japan's top ten bridal groups: Tsukada Global Holdings, Foursis & Co., Novarese, Escrit, and Watabe Wedding. We also manufacture ODM collections for Korean couturier Enzo Choi Jae-hoon, whose gowns have been worn by IU at the Cannes Film Festival, Rosé of BLACKPINK at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Song Hye-kyo in editorial campaigns. What is your facility like?

Our atelier in Ho Chi Minh City is 2,000 sqm with a team of 50 artisans working exclusively on luxury bridal. We take inbound orders only — quality and delivery are non-negotiable. For larger volume orders, we work with two partner facilities — one Japanese-owned, one British-owned — both under our full process and QC management. Dedicated production lines are assigned by brand character.

All order communication is handled through two channels: email for formal updates and documentation, and WhatsApp for quick, real-time exchanges. Every update, decision, and status report is logged and shared through these channels — nothing falls through the cracks, and all parties have full visibility at every stage. You are assigned a dedicated Account Manager as your single point of contact, so communication is always consistent and never fragmented across multiple people.
