Creative Design Development

Our in-house design team continuously updates the latest international bridal trends, studies customer preferences and market demands. From there, we develop design concepts, create sketches, and propose suitable materials, ensuring both aesthetics and production feasibility.

ODM Sample Collection Development

Selected ideas are turned into samples, either through 3D design technology or trial sewing. The completed ODM collection features a variety of silhouettes, fabrics, and embellishment details, giving clients a wide range of options.

Selection & Customization

Clients can choose directly from the ODM collection or request adjustments such as color, fabric, or decorative details to suit their target market or unique concept.

Final Confirmation & Production Agreement

Both parties finalize the chosen design, quantity, delivery schedule, and production terms. The agreement is then signed to proceed with mass production.

Mass Production & Quality Control

Production is carried out under strict quality standards, with inspections at every stage from cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging to ensure each piece meets technical and aesthetic requirements.

Products are securely packed and delivered on time. Our support team is always ready to respond to inquiries, gather feedback, and assist with future orders.

Order Intake & Requirements Review

Once clients send in sample photos or design files, our team reviews the order, prepares a technical drawing, and begins sourcing fabrics and materials that best match the original design or client specifications.

Layout & Design Approval

We convert clients’ designs into a detailed technical layout, including structure, fabric usage, and embellishment placements, by the most modern software - CLO 3D. This layout is then sent to clients for review and approval before we begin the sample production.

Cost Estimation & Sample Production

After the layout is approved, we provide a materials cost breakdown and begin making the prototype dress with either our in-house team or a trusted partner factory to ensure feasibility for mass production.

Production & Quality Monitoring

The order goes into full production with close daily monitoring through internal reports and updates to clients when needed. Any client feedback during this stage is addressed quickly to stay true to the original design.

Final QC & Delivery

Each completed gown is carefully inspected by our quality control team before being packed and shipped. We ensure that every piece matches the approved sample and meets our production standards.
