Order Intake & Requirements Review
Clients submit 2D pattern files and design specifications, or a physical reference sample. If only a sample is available, we reverse-pattern it into a 2D working pattern. We review construction feasibility and material requirements, and draft a Work Order List — covering checkpoints, technical specifications, and material details — for client review before production begins.
Layout & Design Approval
We prepare the fabric selection and layering according to client specifications and share it for direct review and sign-off. If requested, a toile is produced at this stage so the client can assess silhouette, drape, and fit. The Work Order List is finalised and signed off once fabric, layering, and toile are approved.
Cost Estimation & Sample Production
With the Work Order List approved, we issue a cost estimation and proceed to produce the sample gown. A detailed QC report with close-up, unretouched photographs is issued upon completion for remote review and sign-off.
Production & Quality Monitoring
Full production runs on a dedicated line assigned to the client's brand, with QC conducted at every stage against the Japan benchmark set by our production partners. Regular status reports are issued throughout. We have not missed a delivery deadline with any current partner.
Final QC & Delivery
Every completed gown is inspected against the approved sample and passed through pin X-ray metal detection screening. Each shipment leaves floor-ready and signed off by our QC team against the Japan benchmark — what the client approved is what ships.
