Sample Production Process
Technical Analysis & Consultation
Our designers team first conducts a thorough analysis of the design sketch to evaluate the silhouette, cutting lines, and technical details of each gown. This is followed by a consultation where we propose optimal materials and construction methods. We preemptively assess potential mass-production risks to optimize costing while maintaining the product's required aesthetic integrity.

3D/2D Pattern Development
Using specialized 2D pattern-making techniques and CLO 3D software, we accurately model the gown's silhouette, ensuring a perfect fit and drape across various high-end materials, including tulle, satin, and premium lace. This process culminates in a precise Technical Specification and Measurement Sheet, providing the sample production department with detailed measurements and comprehensive technical instructions.
Couture Sample Production
The final sample is cut and constructed in accordance with the approved pattern's specifications. High-level construction techniques, such as meticulous seam finishing, edge binding, and the detailed construction of boning/ corset structures, along with premium hand-beading, are meticulously executed by our in-house bridal artisans, ensuring the highest couture standards.
Quality Assurance & Feedback
Upon completion, the final sample undergoes rigorous inspection by our in-house QA/QC team against a detailed technical checklist, which covers the silhouette's form, symmetry, drape, and the durability of every bead and seam. All partner feedback is meticulously documented and fully implemented before the sample is packaged to international standards and sent for the partner's in-person (offline) review.
Final Tech Pack
& Mass Production Handover
Once the final sample is approved by the client, we finalize all technical specifications for Mass Production. This includes comprehensive documentation of Quality Standards, Measurement Standards, a detailed Bill of Materials, and Packaging Requirements. This complete technical dossier is then handed over to the clients or our internal Mass Production team, ensuring absolute consistency between the approved sample and future production runs.
