Sample Production Process
Design Brief & Technical Review
We receive your ideas, mood references, or inspiration images and begin with a thorough technical review — evaluating silhouette direction, construction complexity, and material requirements. We consult with you directly to align on design intent, flag any production risks early, and propose optimal materials and construction approaches before any development work begins.

Design Development & Approval
Based on the agreed direction, our team develops AI-assisted design sketches for your review, then prepares the Work Order List — covering checkpoints, technical specifications, and material details. We proceed to fabric selection and layering, sharing the layering with you for direct review and sign-off. All design decisions — silhouette, fabric weight, construction specifications — are confirmed and signed off at this stage before any cutting begins.
Couture Sample Production
With the Work Order List and fabric selection and layering approved, we proceed to pattern making, material procurement (if required), cutting, and construction. High-level techniques — meticulous seam finishing, edge binding, boning and corset structure, premium hand-beading — are executed by our in-house bridal artisans as a true production-ready sample. The sample you approve is built to the same construction standard as your production run: correct boning weight, correct seam finish, correct embellishment placement.
QC Report & Shipping
Upon completion, the sample is inspected against the approved Work Order List — silhouette form, symmetry, drape, seam durability, and embellishment integrity. We issue a detailed QC report with close-up, unretouched photographs: actual lighting, actual colour, no post-production correction. You review and sign off from the report. Once approved, the sample is dispatched to you.
Technical Documentation & Handover
Once you approve the final sample, we lock and digitise all technical documentation for production. Everything is archived and handed over: Work Order List, Quality Standards, Measurement Standards, Bill of Materials, and Packaging Requirements. This complete technical dossier ensures absolute consistency between the approved sample and every unit in the production run.
